Dr. Taub's commitment to you, his patient, is foremost to provide quality service at all times. Dr Taub is also committed to the health of his practice. Taking those two things into consideration, the following are the business policies of his practice.

There is a fee that will be billed to you should you no-show an appointment, or if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

It is your responsibility to obtain a referral. This must be obtained prior to your appointment.

We are members of most, but not all insurance plans. Please call for pre-authorization.
